This was a really nice summary, Elizabeth (bullets points are sooo underrated) and a lot more business-nuanced than I could have surmised from my visit to EO Summit. There's a lot of good themes here. I'd add an additional topic area about not underestimating the value of supporting good internal data governance that allows internal proprietary data to seamlessly connect with EO, which is after all where the AI magic happens. Old school industries like insurance and medicine (and there are many others) are very row-x-column and when you bring up graph databases and knowledge graphs to capture a whole different set of data relationships, it's like speaking Lithuanian.
